Ready for some epic shoe love? I recently had the opportunity to check out the new fall releases at Donald J Pliner at the Caesar’s Palace Forum Shops here in Vegas & I’m spilling some favorites! Plus- I have a new pair of shoes you’ve probably seen me rocking on instagram (here!) & on my snapchat (stephlouiseatb) because they’re love. I also had the opportunity to learn more about Dopamind Boxing & Cycling which I’ll detail more below as well!
DopaMind Boxing & Cycling; is non-contact boxing and forced exercise tandem spin classes. Our focus is on the advantageous features of both sports, which has been shown to aid in the regression of Parkinson’s symptoms by improving motor function, dexterity, and coordination.
First let’s talk about Dopamind Boxing & Cycling! Townsend Carter (the founder/president) spoke to us about his organization which pretty much blew my mind. He’s developed quite the clever structure to help those with Parkinson’s along with other clients. His setup sounds so much better than others I’ve seen & his clients look genuinely comfortable while being challenged. I urge you to check out his site for more information right here! Donald J Pliner’s Fall 2017 line is so amazing. You positively want to touch every single shoe! The autumn collection is definitely not demure & had such fun detailing.
I especially have my eye on the edgy, black leather pair! This was just a sampling so I couldn’t try them on…but they’re definitely on my list! If you see something you need ASAP be sure to get on their pre-sale list!
When cruising through summer inspiration- I loved these two photos especially! Although I love the first shoe- I am such a black & white girl that I knew I probably wanted something a bit more unique to my particular collection. Then I saw the three above & TOUCHED THEM. They’re so soft! I have to admit…all three would be perfection for summer!
I actually ended up selecting the white Donald J Pliner OMARA Nappa Leather and Folk Floral Embroidery Slingback Heeled Sandal. They are incredibly soft & buttered to the max. They’re made in Italy & the embroidery is also handmade. The fringe isn’t normally my thing but I actually kind of love it! I would normally go with black shoes…like ALL the time…but these white Omaras are PERFECT for summer dresses & outfits!
I wore them to an even recently & fell even harder in love. The grippy sole made the trek a breeze & the soft leather didn’t pull or rub my feet at all. My feet are super sensitive so that’s huge!
