Have you noticed breakfast bowls are all the rage right now? Everything from smoothie bowls to yogurt bowls are making the rounds- & I want to share with you what I’ve been eating this week! Nature Valley just released their own muesli & I’ve been trying it lots of different ways- all of them very tasty! My favorite so far is using them in place of granola or cereal- keep reading to see my favorite combination of the week & to get a coupon so you can try it too!
Nature Valley Toasted Oats Muesli is a delicious blend of whole rolled oats, fruit, nuts, and seeds. I was able to try both the Original Flavor & the Blueberry Flavor. The Nature ValleyTM Toasted Oats Muesli-Original contains whole grain oats, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, raisins, toasted coconut, almond pieces, & pumpkin seeds. My personal favorite is the Nature ValleyTM Toasted Oats Muesli-Blueberry which is full of whole grain oats, sunflower seeds, dried blueberries, pumpkin seeds, raisins, almond pieces, & dried cranberries. Both are yummy & have a great texture for eating either hot or cold!
The blueberry muesli is lightly sweetened & contains wholesome ingredients that you’ll recognize which is a big plus when it comes to packaged foods! Muesli can be eating hot or cold but since I’m not a big hot oatmeal fan (I’m trying!), I’ve been going more for the cold version. I like serving it like a yogurt parfait, as a healthy cereal with milk, etc. Each spoonful is full of ingredients to love that you can really see like above!
