What’s a gift for me that is also a gift for Ryan? Answer- Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gaming Headset for Xbox One because then I can start making videos without him screaming “WHAT?” from the other room over & over & over. & also, now he can talk to whoever you talk to on an Xbox & I can focus. Also I guess the fact that he loves them is a bonus.
I did my research & these babies are the first premium wireless surround sound gaming headset to connect directly to the Xbox One family of devices, including the new Xbox One X. The battery should last 10-hours when using Active Noise-Cancelling and Bluetooth functions, and extend to around 15-hours if those are turned off. He’s informed me that they’re super comfortable. They’re so immersive…he doesn’t even hear me talking to him. Which means louder music listening for me- huzzah!

One of my favorite things on this list! I use my electronics a lot obviously ( #bloglife ) but anythign that connects up with my Amazon Alexa account are my favorites! I use them for everything including basic math skills I couldn’t manage to retain, news that is too upsetting to watch on tv, & LOTS of music to jam out to because I party all the time. Alone. In my office.
Since Sonos & Amazon Alexa are continually updating with new features, services and skills, your music, & voice options will both keep getting better over time. I’ve found this to be true with my current devices so I’m excited to see this evolve! This speaker in particular really impressed us! I love that it connects with other devices as well.
Workout Gear You WANT to Wear
I’m sure you’re rolling your eyes at this- but SERIOUSLY! Get workout clothes if you have fitness goals in 2018. & not just basic ones. Pick some you LOVE & actually WANT to wear! Sounds silly, I know, but I find I’m actually more likely to show up & push through if I’m feeling good. A new-to-me brand I’m loving? Etonic!
