7 Foods Perfect for Healthy Travel Snacking!

Ready for some road trips? Today I’m sharing some of my absolute favorite snacks perfect for the occasion that you can purchase yourself online. I make a lot of our snacks myself in the dehydrator but I definitely have some options that are easily accessible & totally worth the splurge as well! Keep reading to check them out!

Food Should Taste Good | Sea Salt Brown Rice Crackers – Since we’re both big fans of the FSTG chips…it wasn’t exactly a shock that we loved these crackers too! The recipe is all-natural & contains sesame seeds, flax seeds, quinoa, amaranth, & tamari for a unique flavor.

Dang | Toasted Coconut Chips – Growing up I was allergic to coconut so these always feel like a cheat! Ha! But these toasted coconut chips are vegan, gluten free, contain no cholesterol, no dairy, & no MSG. They’re also great for baking, in mixes, & on their own.

KIND | Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt Bars – Want something pretty darn close to a candy bar in flavor without all the excess? This particular flavor of KIND bar is my mega weakness- dark chocolat mixed with sea salt & a blend of almonds, peanuts, & walnuts. SO tasty! Plus these are made from good-for-you ingredients & contain only 5g of sugar!

Wonderful | Pistachios, Roasted and Salted – I normally always buy nuts without salt but I’m a sucker for a pistachio with some saltiness! Pistachios are naturally lower calorie & fat compared to toher nuts & the flavor is untouched in my book! They’re also a great chance to pull off the road & take a short walk while munching.

Now Foods | Organic Pumpkin Seeds – I’m a sucker for pumpkin seeds so I always have these around! Healthy fats!

GERBS | Dried Goji Berries, Cherries, Blueberries, Cranberries & Raisins Fruit Mix – Normally I always try to opt-out of sugar added dried fruit but this mix is the exception! Inside you have cranberries, raisins, Goji berries, blueberries, & cherries. The real find is that the items from GERBS are safe for anyone with Gluten, Wheat, Peanut, Tree Nut, Legume, Soy, Egg, Dairy/Milk, Fish, Crustacean, Mustard, & Sesame allergies.

Pure Organic | Fruit Sandwich in Passionfruit Pineapple – Another item I CAN make myself- but it just isn’t the same! Passionfruit is touchy to dehydrate & work with so having it done for me is a blessing. Each item is tangy sweet dual flavored, triple layered treats that are certified organic, non GMO, vegan, gluten-free, soy free, & kosher
