Ryan always laughs when I get a new cookbook because I am borderline obsessed. I get so much inspiration from them & they’ve become one of my favorite hobbies to delve into when I have a bit of free time. The Sprouted Kitchen Bowl + Spoon is actually the second book I’ve seen from Sara Forte but the first one I’ve owned! Check out my thoughts below!

So what drew me into this cookbook? Well I actually read her blog! & love it! My favorite aspect about this book is the simplicity- these are all recipes anyone can recreate & even adapt. She uses real ingredients & really satisfying dishes to create a cookbook full of recipes easily placed on a kitchen table with family. Nutritious recipes that honestly just look brilliant. This is a brilliant compilation you’ve got to flip through to understand!
