I’ve been wanting to delve more into food & lifestyle boxes so when I had the opportunity to try out a new one called Sugar Bash I was pretty excited! So each box has a theme & the next box is for March & there is already a theme online that you can check out! This is a prior box so it isn’t available at the moment but it will give you an idea of what you can expect! Everything is a full size & if there are sample sizes they are just additional goodies.
There was some really great beauty related items in this box- including something from one of my favorite brands! A full size of the Murad Rapid Age Spot & Pigment Lightening Serum! I’m super into serums & am loving this one! This serum is supposed to reduce the appearance of sun & age spots by 33% in one week. Because I’m constantly wearing spf but still have freckles & blemishes evening out my skin is super important. The individually wrapped items are actually cotton towels with moisture. These are from White Towel & here I have the makeup remover towel on top. The towels beneath are Lemon, Peach-Mango, Lavender, & Unscented varieties all sealed. On the back it says you can place them on ice or have them on a warmer. I’m saving these for next time I travel- a brand new fancy washcloth! You can actually purchase a bunch on Amazon which I just might do for when company comes over after move back to the desert!
Something I don’t see often in these subscriptions- music! This CD from Dianne Reeves the Grammy award winning artist is simply gorgeous jazz. I played Beautiful Life while doing work or reading & found it very soothing but also happy in tone. I really enjoyed it & her vocals are fierce!
Another towel in this box! This one is from Helios & is a self-tanning towel which I’ve never tried before! & all of the ingredients are organic as well! It is larger & is meant to be used on the body. You’re supposed to “wash” your body with the entire cloth then let your skin dry at least 5 minutes before getting dressed or going to bed. Your skin will darken & intensify but you’re supposed to keep the towel in case you miss spots. This would be nice to take on an extended vacation since it would be a lot more convenient than packing another bottle!
Last but certainly not least we have the food-based goodies! Probably my favorite thing in this box is The Popcorn Factory S’Mores Corn which was gone in about a minute. So much chocolate & the graham cracker pieces? Basically the perfect snack for popcorn lovers like us. Also included was a small package of Assorted Jelly Beans & a Pixie Milk Chocolate from The Popcorn Factory. The last item in this box is a Kuhn Rikon Original Swiss Peeler which has a super-sharp carbon steel blade & has been around for over 20 years. A handy kitchen gadget!
