Crisp white can really offset more colorful, trendy pieces. I love the idea of mixing more casual white pieces like tank tops & skinnies with nicer pieces to change things up. The nice thing about white is that it can also be perfect for bright accessories & color blocking. Some of the patterns for spring 2015 are 70s- esque & even gingham which are super busy so you’ll want easy pieces that mix & match with ease.

Sassy Striped Bags

Stripes are seriously in this season & you’ll be seeing them on everything from clothes to bags. I love a striped bag because many can morph into a neutral or even a pop of much needed color. Because we tend to be out & about more in the spring I often downsize to a smaller crossbody or a clutch when we go out. The stripes give more interest to a basic outfit without any effort at all.

Colorful Suede Shoes

Although suede isn’t a conventional spring statement fabric…it sure was everywhere on the runway! After wearing suede in the colder months you might be totally over it but the spring version is brighter & bolder! The runway really use suede pieces as pops of color & fun. My favorite way to rock suede is on my shoes since we get some serious humidity here…I can’t rock suede clothes but my shoes will be on-trend!
