Recently the Vegas Lifestyle Influencers had the opportunity to hop on over to Searsucker & enjoy a thanksgiving feast! Never been to Searsucker? The restaurant is located inside Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. It has a bit of a retro, unique vibe with seriously cool, eclectic accents. The food is described as “new American” & most of the items on the menu are completely unique or have a fun twist. Ready to see what they served up for an ALMOST traditional Thanksgiving meal? Keep reading to check it out!
Let’s dive into the main item, shall we? TURKEY! Because for most- that’s what makes Thanksgiving legit. They slow roasted a whole bird- so you’ll see lots of breast (wink) & dark meat. The gravy you seen is definitely not from a package- those are seasoned pan drippings. Perfection.
I think stuffing is so underrated. This is Searsucker’s Sausage Stuffing, & of course, it has a bit of a traditional twist. It is a pork sausage, rustic sourdough, dried cherries, & herb stuffing. I loved the crispy edges & cherry texture especially!
Mashed potatoes. I love them…but they’re usually just a gravy funnel. These are unique because they have a bit of horseradish, creme fraiche, & chives.
I’m not a green bean casserole fan. I know lots of people who are- but I’m not one of them. I’m seriously not a fan of mushy green beans. At all. So this was perfect! Ultra fresh & bite-y green beans with mushroom gravy & crispy shallots.
Cranberries are probably the most important thing to Ryan when it comes to Thanksgiving. He’s never had fresh cranberry sauce before we got married & ever since he’s been in love with my recipe. I liked this one as well- it was very fresh with fresh berries, orange, & mint.
For dessert, this was their version of Pumpkin Cheesecake Pudding! It includes cranberry granita & ginger snap too! Delicious & homey.
& a bonus- my favorite drink of the night! This is the Fizzy Lifter which contains belvedere, blueberry, honey, lemon, strawberry, & prosecco. Geez. I really love prosecco y’all.
Bit of outfit love here! I’ll be doing a full post with more photos about it! They had this rad wall- I couldn’t resist. What are your Thanksgiving plans? See any recipe ideas here? Have you eaten at Searsucker yet?
