It has been a rough couple of months. Moving & then unpacking has been monotonous & just plain making me bonkers. It is the same thing day after day. & did I mention expensive? Because I definitely should have. So “fun” has needed to be on the cheap. Enter….Movie Date Night.
So what makes a good date night? For us it should be fun…& easy. After work we’re both tired & definitely leaning towards lazy. This means our dates either consist of going out to dinner & spending a nice chunk of money to not do dishes or finding something enjoyable to do at home. Since I work from home…date nights at home can kind of feel like prison so they definitely need to be fun. & likely involve food.
Because we’re living a bit on the cheap lately…& have been exhausted…this makes movie night with our favorite snacks an easy choice. Popcorn is always a must & so is our favorite candies. This week we have the Nestlé® Crunch® to munch on. The nice thing about Nestlé® Crunch® is I can actually sprinkle it on the popcorn then zap it in the microwave for a few moments to make it stick! Nom nom. Crunch crunch. The last step is picking a movie which is pretty easy when you have Neflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. We don’t have to think too much!
