Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup crumbled bacon, cooked crisp & drained
2-4 jalapenos, chopped, seeded & roasted
ranch seasoning to taste
(see LOTS of substitution ideas within the post!)
Instructions
If you're making this dip hot, preheat over to 500 degrees to broil.
Add your bacon & jalapeno to a pan to crisp up & meld flavors. Remove from heat & place on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
Add your cream cheese & shredded cheese to the stand mixer. Mix on low. Push down sides with spatula.
Add in ranch seasoning. Work up to high to really combine the cheeses & create a whipped texture.
Add bacon & jalapenos. Mix with spatula to combine.
Transfer to heat proof dish & place in oven to broil until desired crispness is reached. If using as a cold dip, place in fridge. After a few hours you can form into a ball as well.
