The Anti-Salad Healthy Appetizer Skewers Recipe

- whole olives, green or black
- gorgonzola cheese, hard & sliced
- whole basil leaves, washed & dried
- Assemble all ingredients on half skewer.
- Drizzle with balsalmic if desired
