- 1 cup Greek yogurt, blueberry or plain
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 wedge lemon, squeezed
- handful blueberries
- chocolate mint or regular mint
- Combine the lemon juice & Greek yogurt in a bowl.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Eat cold with a smile.
