Quick Biscuit Donuts with Pumpkin Spice Creamer Icing

Gorgeous donuts with pumpkin spice icing!
Serves: 12-24 donuts depending on can of dough
  • Peanut Oil
  • 2 cans of Buttermilk Biscuit Dough
  • For Icing:
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice creamer
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  1. In a deep pan or Dutch oven heat about 2 inches of peanut oil for frying to about 350 degrees.
  2. Lay out the biscuits & using a cutter remove the middle. Set aside the middles for donut holes!
  3. Fry each biscuit donut until golden on one side then flip with tongs. Cook until golden on the other side.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Mix together the icing ingredients except for the creamer. Add creamer in small increments until desired consistency is reached.
  6. TO DIP
  7. Swirl each mostly cool doughnut into the mixture & rotate your wrist for an even finish. Let set on a rack. The icing will even out for a lovely finish. Top with fun sprinkles if you're awesome.
