An easy summery sip using watermelon!

Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of watermelon, fresh or frozen in chunks
  • 1 lemon
  • honey or sugar
Instructions
  1. Puree watermelon in the food processor. Strain through a sieve & reserve the juice.
  2. Juice a lemon & add to watermelon juice.
  3. Sweeten to taste. I prefer mine a bit tart!
