Beat the Bloat with this Watermelon Lemonade Recipe

Serves: 1 serving
- 1 cup of watermelon, fresh or frozen in chunks
- 1 lemon
- honey or sugar
- Puree watermelon in the food processor. Strain through a sieve & reserve the juice.
- Juice a lemon & add to watermelon juice.
- Sweeten to taste. I prefer mine a bit tart!
