  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 2 large eggs
Instructions
  1. Mash your banana up in a bowl.
  2. Whisk eggs in separate bowl then combine with mashed banana thoroughly.
  3. Drop batter onto buttered or nonstick skillet for each pancake. Flip when light bubbling starts to form.
