So this week, I have a seriously well stocked freezer! We hit up Sam’s Club & did some much needed stocking up! I’m going to be getting back into my routine of cooking every night- something my husband is really excited about. I’m also going to start tracking my food again on Spark People. If you’re ever looking to track calories or sodium in order to get healthy, I highly recommend it! They also let you track workouts which I love!
Monday: Lemon Chicken with green beans & rice
Tuesday: Turkey Meatloaf with peas & rosemary potatoes
Wednesday: Caesar Salad with Chicken
Thursday: Crockpot Zitti with a side salad
Friday: Leftover Zitti & salad
Saturday: Bowling with friends (we’ll probably make something or grab something quick & easy!)
Sunday: Baked potato soup
