Here’s the weekly meal plan! I’m trying to use up some meats I have on overstock in my freezer. I’m honestly not a big fan of pork but my husband loves it! He bought a ton of it & I am slowly working my way through it! This is kind of a test post to see how this works, thanks!
Monday: Chicken Strips with Fries We had an impromptu date night to Red Lobster for their shrimp special! Interesting way to kick off eating at home eh?
Tuesday: Beef & Broccoli Crockpot (using this recipe from BS Recipes which I pinned recently ) with rice & since there are only 2 of us, I’ll be freezing at least 2 servings.
Wednesday: Caesar Salad with Shrimp
– Dessert is Peach Cobbler Bars
Thursday: Chicken & Stuffing Casserole
Friday: Date with Friends
Saturday: Bowling Dinner with Friends
Sunday: Mango & Jalapeno Marinated Steaks ( served with corn & salad)
-Dessert is Banana Split “Ice Cream” which I adore!
